This Engineering Consulting service is designed to provide common sense
solutions to uncommon problems utilizing engineering expertise and state
of the art as it applies to components, processes, manufacturing and quality.
Analog and digital design as it applies to instrumentation systems either in
the aircraft or industrial industries. Product design in the consumer arena is
also in the domain of this consulting service. Soft ware is not supported
unless it is product specific. C-arrow may at its option refuse engagement in
any program that it considers of questionable benefit to its clients or itself.
The initial consultation to evaluate a program or review a problem is free. All
correspondence is confidential, client names will not be posted on this web
site without the express permission of the client.

(over 35 years)we have most likely encountered similar problems and can draw on
prior solutions which may reflect a significant time saving for our client which would
result in quicker turn around and lower cost.
